I can’t believe that it’s already 2013! Time really flies. 2012 has been a roller coaster ride. It was a year of hesitations, so-called failures, acceptance, strength, success, happiness, and a lot more. I’ve really learned and experienced a lot this year, personally, emotionally and spiritually. 2012 made me a stronger person. I can never forget how this year started as melodramatic then into tragedy but then it developed into a fairy tale.

2012 gave me a lot of firsts. First job. First salary. First 13month pay. First so-called self failure. First Kpop concert experience. First Kpop Fan meeting. A lot of firsts. I thank God for everything, good and bad, it made me the person that I am now. I’m so thankful for the love and guidance of God. In summary, 2012 has been a pretty year for me and for my family as well. I’m so blessed.
Let’s bring it on 2013. My BDJ planner and my 2013 checklist are ready! I’ll make sure that 2013 will be my year! I’m looking forward to all the memories that 2013 will give me.

In reality, I can actually list down more than a hundred that I want but enough with those material things. The 21 year old in me, learned the value of life this year. Cliché as it may sound, but what can I ask more aside from having a good career, happiness, healthy body and peace. To top it all, my faith in God makes me much stronger, that being with him made me complete. So what else can I ask?
My Yuletide season this year will forever be treasured. Too much Christmas parties in the hospital meaning cholesterol overload. Everyday lechon. Haha! I got my 2 days off from work, December 24 and 25. I was the one who funded our Noche Buena. Plus, I was able to give ‘aginaldo’ / gifts to all of my dearest ‘inaanak’, mom, dad and my brother. Next year, I’ll make sure that I’ll be more prepared with the Yuletide season. I hope my dad will be with us next year to celebrate.

Mind you, my friends and I are on different areas so I experienced the mosh pit alone. Oh and it was my first time! Sorry, but these are just two videos. I’m lazy to upload the videos that I’ve took last November 16 during Lee Min Ho’s fan meet in Manila. How I wish I got a better cam to record everything. It’s okay though, because everything is well recorded in my heart and mind. Just putting these on my blog so I can easily recall everything that happened last November 16, 2012.
The jam packed Big Dome. Everyone was so excited. What a dream come true to see him in person after waiting for 3 years! Oh yes, I survived the mosh pit. haha! First time ever to experience standing for almost 2 hours with a crazy crowd.
Denise, my friend, won in the act that scene contest. So she had the chance to be on the same stage with Lee Min Ho. So proud of her. Screamed on top of my lungs, “GO DENISE” which resulted to the weird stares of the people beside me. haha!
Lee Min Ho enjoyed watching the top 5 entries. You can really see how sincere this man is. I swear he’s more than a pretty face!
After 3 years of waiting, I finally saw him in person. It feels surreal. Look at this pretty face. Such a perfect guy. His smile, kindness, his height, his skin, his voice, ahhhhh everything!! Who cares if he can’t dance? I love him that ev
erything about him is so perfect in my heart! Who can defy the gravity of his charm? Beautiful hangover from his fun meet in Araneta Coliseum. It was really crazy! Everyone got their crayOn. Indeed, such a fun meet. He really left a beautiful scar in my heart. Oha! Till next time! :-) ♥

It was year 2009, when I got hooked with Korean dramas. It started with Boys Over Flowers, which was a Korean adaptation of Hana Yori Dango. I was already a fan of HYD’s story because of Meteor Garden (Taiwanese version) when I was in high school. I can still remember how sad I was if I missed an episode. I even cried when I missed one. Oh what a child! haha. I was a Vic Zhou fan back then because I was so in love with his character as Hua Ze Lei. Back then, Bench brought Jerry Yan in the Philippines. HAHA! I can still remember how F4 filled the music hit charts with their music videos. Oh Baby Baby Baby My Baby Baby. I bet you just sang that part. lol

Now they’re bringing Lee Min Ho well known as Gu Jun Pyo of BOF! He’s now a great warrior/woodalchi in my heart, haha! Please do watch his new drama, The Great Doctor. (shameless plugging) Don’t you know that I waited for 3 years to see him in person here in our country! OHEMGEE! I watch almost all his dramas! He’s beyond amazing not to mention how perfect his face is. No one can defy the gravity of his charm. Now, I have the chance to meet this man.

Believe it or not, I remained calm. I even intended to buy on November. Crazy right? I think I forgot that there were a lot of Filipino LMH stans. In the midst of the news, that there were no longer Patron invites, I started to panic. I even gave up the thought of watching. But hey, the Minoz in me said it’s not yet over.
My first try was last October 16 before meeting up my senior nurses in Trinoma. New set of invites just arrived when I got there but the sad thing was I didn’t bring my shopping money by that time. Okayyyyy.
Second try was last October 17 before my PM duty, I went to SM Marikina. No more available tickets. How sad. The saleslady said that in the afternoon, new sets of tickets will arrive. My ever supportive mom waited for more than 3 hours in the store when I left for work. But in the end, no tickets arrived. The saleslady asked for my number, my mom gave it. My wise mom, asked for the store’s contact number.
The next day, I tried my luck. I planned to go to Bench’s branches in Alimall and Gateway. My Mom and I first went to Alimall.
Handsome right? My mom agreed! nyahah
My goal that day was to get a Patron invite. I asked the saleslady if they still have Patron tickets. Busted! Upper and Lower tickets only.
Next stop was in Gateway. I had strong feelings that I’ll score a Patron ticket upon going to Gateway. When I entered, I immediately went to the counter and asked if they still have Patron tickets. His answer was, “Ma’am meron po, ilan po?” [Yes, we have. how many?] My response was, “Yesss! Isa lang.” [Yes, one only.) I even clapped upon hearing that they still have a Patron invite.
They even looked at me so surprised with my reaction hahah. I even told my mom, ANG SAYAAAAA! [HAPPINESS] haha. They said, 15 new Patron invites arrived that day and the invite that I got was the last one. Lucky? Meant to be!! haha. I was beyond thankful to God for the chance.

How happy can I be? This one is a treasure!
I’m not just a fan of his handsome face. I’m more of a fan of his passion and perseverance in his chosen craft. In whatever he does, he do it with his best. He is more than a pretty face.

When boredom strikes, music saves my day! Music knows no boundaries. I don’t care if the song is not in the universal language. All I know is music can be appreciated by it’s melody and the emotions attached with it. HA! Cliche as it may sound, I hope someone there can understand me.
One fantastic group of musicians always save my day not just because of their music but mostly because of their passion in life and of course in music! Whenever I hear their songs, I am put into a new dimension. Get ready for that! Let’s call them my BBH (BIG BANG HEROES) leading the VIP nation of the Samsung Galaxy. oha!
These five main VIPs, my BBH can be well described by the different colors of the Samsung Galaxy’s SIII, which will make my BBH much more alive in your senses. Get hold of yourselves as I start the Big Bang’s explosion of SIII’s colors as inspired by the Earth’s richest materials.
Ladies and gentlemen, let me take you to the burst of colors in VIP nation of the Samsung Galaxy with my BBH!
GARNET RED - Kwon Ji Yong a.k.a G Dragon (the leader)
Red model is the color of garnet, which “was worn as an amulet by the ancient Egyptians who believed the stone contained protective powers.”
Samsung Galaxy’s SIII Garnet Red is the most classy one for me, hence my favorite. This color would best describe the leader. Red is a warm color which may symbolize great power and influence.
Here’s the leader, the father of the group. Would you say yes to his dare to catch him on fire? LALALALALA. Fantastic baby as he is, even if I have ten mouths I can’t find words on how awesome this man is, just like how much I adore the Garnet Red of SIII. Many of the citizens of the VIP nation would agree to me that he’s really a one of a kind. He perfectly fits for the Garnet Red for he is the great one behind BIG BANG, the protective power that he gives to BIG BANG that maintains them on being on top. A singer, composer, a producer, a certified fashionista and the creative head (as I consider him) that makes BIG BANG one of the top Korean groups in the world. Just look at how hot the Garnet Red SIII is, that’s how great this man is! This man knows well how to dominate the VIP nation with his great power of talents and skills.
MARTIAN PINK - Choi Seung-hyun a.k.a TOP / Tabi
The martian pink is limited in the boundaries of the South Korea. Limited as this unit color is, TOP perfectly fits it. TOP is the most conservative person in BIG BANG. He’ll wear layered clothes even on rehearsals and won’t let VIPs to have a peek-a-boo of his body. Limited exposure of his body was like the martian pink being available only in South Korea. If it will be released worldwide, it would be a great hit!
Pink is a playful colorful and is very like-able by many girls but I do believe some boys like it too. :-P Believe me or not, I was scared of TOP. His deep voice and face makes him scary, well for me(he looks so serious). As I knew him better, I ate my words! He’s lovable. He’s like a 5 year old kid trapped in a 24 year-old man’s body. Turn it up girl! He’s adorable and so funny! Bingu TOP as he is, he’s like a martian because of his out of this world dance! haha If it will be released worldwide, Martian Pink SIII would sell on top just like how TOP is to all VIPs.
SAPPHIRE BLACK - Dong Young Bae a.k.a Taeyang / SOL
Sapphire Black*: A colour that adds the mysterious power of dark stones to the refined, deep sophistication of the colour black, Sapphire Black is inspired by the stones used by the ancient people of India and Persia for protection, with the belief they strengthened one’s willpower.
Black may mean to someone as darkness, but I view it differently just like how I see Taeyang as a person. Yes, we’re close. Kidding aside. As what they say white is the absence of color while black is the presence of all the colors, Taeyang just perfectly fits the color Sapphire black of SIII. Taeyang literally means sun. He’s someone you would frequently see wearing black clothes but he’s still emitting great brightness with his great energy on stage and on his passion in life. He’s the mother of the group. He gives strength to his members and makes them continuously passionate on what they do. Hallelujah! I’m fallin’ I’m fallin’ fallin’. His soothing voice and great dancing skills makes you more strengthened by just mere watching his performances. So if you’re just like Taeyang, making the unconventional, a conventional one, go for the Sapphire black!
TITANIUM GREY: Lee Seung-hyun a.k.a Seungri / V.I
Titanium Grey*: Inspired by the colour grey as a symbol for intelligence, insight and curiosity, all of which are embodied within the design of the GALAXY S III. Titanium Grey expresses the feeling of modernity and wisdom bringing a futuristic element to the handset.
The maknae is in the midst of a scandal. His endless curiosity and his youthfulness made him fall on that one. I still believe that he can pass through because he’s an intelligent maknae. Being a son of a real estate agent, this young man knows a lot. Would you agree to me that he perfectly fits for the Titanium Grey of SIII? I am looking forward on what the future would bring to this witty, ever curious and funny maknae which is showed by the futuristic element of this handset! You can never know what this maknae can do. He’s strong baby! Beware and behold VVIPs! :P
Amber Brown - Kang Dae Sung / D-Lite

On to the last member of Big Bang, Daesung is the most secretive person in the group but despite of that he’s the one easiest to talk with if one has a problem. He’s a good listener. Being like the SIII Amber Brown he keeps the ultimate secrets of the Big Bang members. He is a great adviser though he’s a bit mysterious with his personal matters. One thing, I like about him is how he was able to spread his wings after an emotional trauma he had been through. His beautiful wings was able to spread again that made him fly again with a big smile together with the VIPs.
Being a part of VIP nation is not just about being a fan girl. It’s about me being inspired by 5 people who continues to strive and work hard despite every mistake, failure, disappointments, bashing and great achievements. That in this world or even in the galaxy can stop you on reaching your dreams. I’ve always believed that I only have one greatest competitor and a friend as well, it is myself. In my young age, I always tell myself that no matter what happens I will always be thankful for a great company of friends, family and a God who loves me.
So that’s it, a colorful blast of Big Bang’s personalities with Galaxy SIII. Hope you can also choose your own color with the Samsung Galxy SIII’s handsets. Truly, Samsung makes Big Bang alive but then Big Bang makes VIPs alive.

Third Sunday in the month of June 2012.
Father’s day.
I bring salute to my dear Father who is my epitome of greatness. He’s not just a Father to me but my best friend. He may not be with us for he works abroad but he knows me well. He knows if I have a problem with just the way I say Hello when answering his call. He was not with us physically when I was growing up but in my heart he was there guiding me. He believes in me more than I do with myself. When I doubted myself, he gives me confidence. He never broke his promises. He loves us more than his self. He is my life paragon.
